Motherbridge of Love

Motherbridge of Love, by Xinran, is a touching poem about adoption, gorgeously illustrated, to benefit a charity for Chinese orphans and to build a bridge between East and West. It’s a simple, lyrical rhyme about two mothers: "The first one gave you life; the second taught you to live it. The first gave you a need for love; the second was there to give it."
